Asset Acquisition

Our ancillary homebuying program is an all-cash model. This solution is ideal for those facing an abrupt move, looking to offload an estate property, or otherwise looking to raise immediate capital. In a nutshell we purchase homes in as-is condition from clients. The transaction is a quick-close, instant-cash, confidential process. We take on distressed properties, homes in disrepair, and houses that need some TLC which we are happy to provide!

Flipping Partnership

Flipping as a Service is a term we coined to describe a flipping partnership with our clients. We handle the repairs and upgrades at no cost to you. The sales proceeds are then split accordingly. Rehabbing a home to increase its sales price is an artform. This requires careful budget planning and adherence, a financial investment, and savviness to determine which renovation projects to prioritize. You can count on us to bring our financial experience, and being flexible in creating a profit-sharing approach that works for everyone.

Commercial

Commercial projects ranging from office to medical, and hospitality to education are all within our portfolio. We work with designers and planning boards to finish restaurant spaces, classrooms, hospitals and commercial workspaces. End-to-end construction means we can get involved right at feasibility analysis phase, or can hop in right at the building construction phase, depending on the project need. We offer turnkey commercial solutions throughout greater NYC.

OUR PROCESS

1. Meet in person, ideally at the project site to hear about your needs and preferences and project inspiration. We will work together in this meeting to discuss your project scope and refine project intricacies and requirements

2. We then provide a cost estimate, timeline for project completion, and a benchmarked payment schedule. In this process we assess the material, labor, and other costs associated with delivering the project. Our expertise and deep industry knowledge enable us to provide an accurate cost estimate that we stand behind. Once we ensure all responsibilities and costs are clear and on acceptable terms we enter into contract.

3. The construction phase then occurs where the project is completed with excellence and transparency.

4. Once the project is complete, our relationship continues “beyond the build” via our warranty, and commitment to lifelong relationships with our valued clients.
