We have been working with Raymond and his crew for several years, hiring them to complete many projects throughout our home. After having some difficult contractor relationships and results in the past, working with Raymond was a breath of fresh air. He and his team are talented, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile so that you are happy with the finished product. We are thrilled with the results of their work so far, and will always call Raymond first for any future projects.
I hired Raymond to remodel the first floor of my brownstone in Brooklyn. His team exceeded my expectations making progress quickly with a great attention to detail! Whenever something unexpected came up, Raymond was always a major help in thinking through the problem in a way that would leave the house in better shape. For example, I wanted to install a sliding patio door to the garden, but after demolition we realized the wall was not in good shape after sitting in place for 100+ years. Raymond came up with the idea to install a steel lintel that would not only support the patio door but dramatically improved the structural integrity of the entire back of the building. Thanks for all the hard work, Raymond! I’m so pleased with how it came together.
It took me a while to find the perfect fit to accomplish the work I wanted done in my apt. Raymond was recommended by a neighbor and I truly made the right decision. He listened to what I wanted and made recommendations to complete my ideas. He gave me a deadline of 5 weeks and did the work in 5 weeks and 1 day. He definitely would have completed it earlier but the coop has rules no weekends and holidays. He opened the kitchen and now I have an open concept to my living room and dining area. the holidays were great since I was able to see my family and cook at the same time and interact with them without the wall dividing us. The other major work was installing flooring throughout the apt. and redo the bathroom. We removed the tub and the divider in the bathroom and installed a shower. One of my children stated it looked like a high end bathroom in hotels. After the work was completed there were a few minor things that had to be adjusted and Raymond made sure it was done. Working with everyone was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them. You can tell they are family oriented and there was an open communication throughout the process. Prior to starting I was truly anxious but that disappeared during the first week when I observed the work ethic. I still keep in touch and anything I need done I will definitely call Raymond first. I cannot thank him and team enough for making my dream come true.
