Raymond Espinoza is the owner and founder of Raymond Construction, LLC.

Raymond boasts over twenty years of experience in homebuilding and construction. He has a storied history in the industry beginning as a master’s apprentice as a young teenager through family relationships. He quickly learned electrical, plumbing, and masonry trades, realizing he had a knack for weaving together various disciplines required to do a complete renovation project. Once he tapped into his excitement for building, he voraciously began working seven days a week, realizing this untapped joy. He devoted all of his time to building relationships with Westchester County real estate investors, learning about zoning and permitting, honing his skills, and learning the business of construction.

By the age of 19, he saved up enough to purchase his first home to flip, and opened his first construction company. Before he turned 20, he had 12 employees working under him and an incredible sense of building financials. His unbelievable drive underscores his rich range of ventures. Over the next decade, he expanded into commercial projects, winning public contracts for municipal projects such as schools and firehouses, and had military contracts with West Point. Through all of this he stayed true to his first love of homebuilding and seemed to always have a full profile of single-family home projects going beside his full commercial portfolio.

Raymond maintains a pedigree of progression, and an ethos of continuing education, always striving to grow and stay abreast of an evolving industry landscape. As the son of an entrepreneur – his father built a vertically integrated international export business from the ground up – Raymond has an appreciation for the tenets that come with forging one’s own path and being accountable to oneself. He goes the extra mile to let folks know they are in good hands with him, and is grateful for the genuine, kind word-of-mouth reputation from his partners, investors, and clients. This is achieved, in part, by Raymond personally managing each project his firm undertakes.

Raymond has raised two beautiful daughters, Jacqueline and Laura, and impressed upon them at an early age to discover their passion. His family is deeply proud of the integrity, honesty, and reliability which is woven through the fabric of his personal and professional life, down to the impeccable character of his progeny.
